A big day for my dearie Hoi Hoi and this signified that she is getting one year older(lolz). Tiffany and I planned to surprise her by throwing her a birthday picnic @ Lake Garden, KL. I know this is lame bcos this is the 2nd time that we organized picnic on her b'day already! I still remembered that the first time we celebrated for her in FRIM, kepong. We made b'day banner, birthday menu and cook for her on the spot ( the menu is more than 10 dishes including main course & dessert). We set the dining table and cooked on the tree house. Of course, I'll definitely be the chef (bcos charmaine and tiff don't know how to cook on that time, but now.....Charmaine can "fuk si" we all de, her cooking skill is good now). Charmaine and Tiffany were the waitress and serving her foods and so on.
This year we brought her to lake garden. Picked both them up before 715am and reached to the garden before 745am :-). We brought all the things that we prepared out from the car and looking for a good place to set down.

Lunch @ Secret Recipe 25/3/2010
Korean Fried Rice Cake
It was supposed to be my diet day last nite! But I just remembered that I've bought the korean rice cake and hot sauce on last few weeks. Hey, it's korean rice cake!! ( I admitted that I was tempting for it).
Wash and cut the ingredients that I needed. Cook and fried (not really fried la.i know). It supposed to be a fried rice cake but it just turned out so juicy (too much extra juicy..yea, i knew it! -_-lll). Finally finished my cooking. Anyway, it tasted good. I should add in vege and egg into it next time!
Food Hunting @ Jln Loke Yew ( 22/3/2010)
I was supposed to go gymming on Monday nite! Got a message from Tiffany and asked for food hunting in Jln Loke Yew. What a hard decision I have to make on that time. My the other friend told me they are public enemy. One will make you burn calories while the other party will help you in gaining extra weight. Lolz..
Anyway, I decided to bring my gals to Jln Loke Yew for food. It's not because I wanted to eat it so much, it just that I know Nichole is going back to Perth very very soon and I wanna spend more precious and quality time with her. I was suggested to go Sky Bar after dinner but......( Nic was thinking " How should I dress if we are going to one lousy place and one classy place. Impossible to ask me wearing dress to the hawker stall neither wearing slipper and short to Sky bar right) What a weird!
It was a rainy day but luckily it stopped raining when we were about to start for our food journey. Picked up both of them by 730 and reached to the hawker stall in jln Loke Yew about 8pm. The traffic was smooth and it's just cool~~ We ordered the famous fried chicken, fries , fried fish ball, fried kuew tiaw, fried char kuew,grilled taufu with grilled "yao yu". OMG~~~ all are fried and high in calories foods. Omg~~ it's so sinful!

I found out that my skin and hair are dull, dry and I'm bad tempered recently. Will it because of a cup of black coffee everyday and sleeping late? I guess so..
I had myself lemon orange juice ( 1 lemon,2 oranges), honey and 2 slices of wholemeal bread for breakfast. Will sleep as early as I can ( the best is before 11pm). Take some supplements like vitamins E or evening primrose oil. Oh ya, I wanna try on grape seed oil too. Heard that it's good for skin! Will go for facial,hair and scalp treatment once a month. Pedicure as usual.Oh ya...Sweat in the gym and run like a mad dog( hope so :-( ) What else can I do? hmm...I guess I need some spa too (relax my body & soul)lolz.
The last but not least, new dresses and holidays!!!

To my friend,
I've upset about you and sometimes you are just making me mad about you. I know you might not have the intention of making me into trouble but somehow your words and your comments are just bringing me to face a dilemma. Opinions are welcome from your side but please don't just "x ada pasal nak cari pasal"! I am always planning out all the ideas and being the only backstage person to arrange for all w/o your helping. I have so much of things need to concern and please giving me less tension and pressure. I never blame to spend all my free time , petrol, parking, toll, my energy to organize something for you. I just hope you will enjoy what I've done. I don't know how to tell you how do I feel but I hope you can read it and understand how do I feel. Hope you don't mind if I' m telling you so. Just wish you could be more understanding ! :-)

I' m gonna start up my diet plan again. Had been eating like a pig and partying like a wild zebra recently. STOP me from food hunting and STOP me for partying! DRAG me to gym and DRAG me to run on the running machine. Sweat out and burn out all the FATS from my HUGE body!I wanna tone up my arm and loss some inches on my thigh and hips... how how?
Just had an apple, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and cup of pure black coffee this morning. A pure black coffee is good and helps me to run into toilet (lolz).. What for my lunch later? Hmmmmph...Probably oatmeal and oranges for my lunch if I'm not going to have lunch with my colleagues :-). No carbs for dinner...NO NO NO...
A cup of black coffee w/o sugar or cream is only contains less than 5% calories and it helps to burn calories. Besides, it helps to avoid Alzheimer's , cancer risk compared to those who drank little or no coffee. It reduces workout pain, keeps your memory sharp, avoid from Parkinson and lower risk on stroke.
2 slices of wholemeal bread contains 137 calories and has about same calories with white bread.However, wholemeal bread contains more fiber which fills up stomach quickly. Therefore, eating it more often can help us consume less calories because it helps fill the stomach quicker. So, we end up eating less bread. In addition to that, eating foods high in fiber helps speed up the movement through the digestive tract. That means less time for fatty acids to be absorbed before it is eliminated resulting in less calories absorbed.
Eating oatmeal may help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. It contains various of vitamins , minerals and antioxidants which is good food for you to eat when dieting. Its easy, fast and convenient to cook, you can probably just soak the oatmeal in hot water or cook with low fat milk. It would be more delicious if you are adding in some raisin into it also :-)

People who on diets to control their weight should try to cook this soup at least once to twice a week. This soup contains kinds of vitamins and nutrients and most importantly it relieves your hunger:-)

Yes, my dream will come true!
I wanna be backpacker at least once in my life! The defination of backpackers to me is traveling to any place which is far far away from where am I now. No luxury, no planning, no luggage, no burden, but explore, freedom ,backpack, and feelings are with me. Probably USA or Europe will be my dream destination. I am 24 this year and I'm thinking that I should do something which is out of ordinary at least once before I'm getting older or tie up myself to a family! I know it's not easy to accomplish my dream due to a lot of matters. MONEY, TIME, CAREER, FAMILY, and other concerns make me stop from my dream. I'm not that greedy. I just need one or two months for the journey. A journey that will re-alive my life. I'm getting bored about my life and I've no idea what is my dream and the future that I wanted. I want to gain ideas and knowledges from the world outside!

Let me Transform!! I just need it~~

What a sinful lunch I had for my lunch today. Hot and crispy pizza, creamy mushroom soup, and the delicious choclate cake with vanila ice cream.Omg...I just cant say "NO' to them. I guess I really need a lot of work out to burn all the calories that I consumed today. I'll probably be back to the gym next Monday. ( I really hope so) Pls,pls someone drag me to the gym and force me to run on the running machine.

Bubble Tea time with my ladies 17/3/2010
Such a long time that I didn't touch on my blog. Orite, I think it's time for me to update something here. I was OT last nite ( accompanied my mom for movie and dinner), then I got a call from Ah Sim for yum cha session at TEA, kepong. By the time I reached there was about 1030pm already, so we only managed to snap for a few pics. Wat a coincident that we were all wearing formal attire last nite. Actually hoi hoi was there for the yum cha too, but she became our camera gal just becos she was not in formal wear....lolz
