Eva's 1st Birthday Bash

Yesterday was bringing my Wawa , the puppy husky to attend her friend, Eva's 1st birthday bash @ Tom Dick & Harry, TTDI. Another husky owner cooked the doggies pasta and blueberry cake. I tried the cake and pasta and It's awesome.

Choc moist cake and Jelly cake

I had a Potluck party cum birthday celebration with my Gunners last Saturday at my house. Since it's someone birthday and each of us gotta make a dish, I chose to make cakes. I've made a jelly cake and a moist choc cake with choc ganache. The guys prefer the jelly cake bcos it's less sweet while the gals love the choc cake more. This is the second time I made the jelly cake and I guess more to come. The moist choc cake is cool too....love it! I think I shouldn't fridge it so it will taste more soft and moist.

Homemade Dog Treats

I was baking this dog treats 2 weeks ago for my lovely princess Wawa. The recipe is very simple and you can find the ingredients easily.

Ingredients for this Lovely Peanut Doggie Treat are simple:

2 cups of wholemeal flour or white flour ( I used wholemeal flour bcos it's more healhty)
1 cups of instant oatmeal
4 tblsp of Peanut butter
A glass of warm water
Milk
An egg




Mixed the oatmeal and flour in one bowl. Mixed warm water and peanut , add in egg and milk. Then poured the liquid into the flour and mixed well.



Ready to send in to the over.



It's still hot to taste...

A heat news all over the world, that's the Tragedy that happened in Philipine on 23rd this month. Sending my deepest condolences to the families and all. This probably a sad news for the world , anyway, I think the Hongkies should not blaming their philipino mates or workers or banned on travelling again to Manila.

Philipine goverment and polices should regret and sorry to the shameful that they did. Due to their stupidness actions, they made a big mistake, and it showed their unability to the world.

My First Jelly Cake

This is the first Jelly cake that I made for piggy's birthday. The recipe is easy but you need patience to make it done.This is the fisrt and It's still not perfect.

Chiangmai & Chiangrai Trip July 2010

I'm just back from a family trip to Chiangmai, ChiangRai and a quick stopped over at Laos. We stayed there for 4 days 3 nites , however it seems like a century for me. Boring , boring, boring ...is the only word I can describe my feelings to this countries. I will definitely say that I will never step back to that land anymore. Yea, maybe it's quite relaxing if you would like to have a peace there but definitely not me. The only 2 things can really cheered me up was the sunday market and massage over there. Went for oil massage, thai massage and foot massage thru out these few days and of cos it's really cheap. Hmm..I guess nothing much to mention on my trip since it's nothing much exciting. And now i m looking forward to my next trip. Gonna save up money and planning for my future lor..

My Siberian Husky- Wawa

I wanna share some of my pretty Wawa pictures here. She is a 4 and a half months Siberian Husky with grey and white thick fluffy fur.She likes to bite whatever she can get. She's naughty but the good thing is she rarely bark. I pet her almost about 3 months and changed 3 brands of the dog foods. She easily get diarhea and I've no idea what's the best to feed her since ppl advice me not to change her foods that frequently.

I was sending her to obedience class on last Sunday and for every Sunday comin on. She needs to attend 8 classes which will teach her listen to my basic instructions like sit, stand, always walk on my left and so on. She will only qualified and graduate after passing from a test. Frankly speaking that I' m actually kinda worry cause she is too playful, and not concentrating.
