Happy DIET ^ ^

I' m gonna start up my diet plan again. Had been eating like a pig and partying like a wild zebra recently. STOP me from food hunting and STOP me for partying! DRAG me to gym and DRAG me to run on the running machine. Sweat out and burn out all the FATS from my HUGE body!I wanna tone up my arm and loss some inches on my thigh and hips... how how?

Just had an apple, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and cup of pure black coffee this morning. A pure black coffee is good and helps me to run into toilet (lolz).. What for my lunch later? Hmmmmph...Probably oatmeal and oranges for my lunch if I'm not going to have lunch with my colleagues :-). No carbs for dinner...NO NO NO...




A cup of black coffee w/o sugar or cream is only contains less than 5% calories and it helps to burn calories. Besides, it helps to avoid Alzheimer's , cancer risk compared to those who drank little or no coffee. It reduces workout pain, keeps your memory sharp, avoid from Parkinson and lower risk on stroke.




2 slices of wholemeal bread contains 137 calories and has about same calories with white bread.However, wholemeal bread contains more fiber which fills up stomach quickly. Therefore, eating it more often can help us consume less calories because it helps fill the stomach quicker. So, we end up eating less bread. In addition to that, eating foods high in fiber helps speed up the movement through the digestive tract. That means less time for fatty acids to be absorbed before it is eliminated resulting in less calories absorbed.



Eating oatmeal may help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. It contains various of vitamins , minerals and antioxidants which is good food for you to eat when dieting. Its easy, fast and convenient to cook, you can probably just soak the oatmeal in hot water or cook with low fat milk. It would be more delicious if you are adding in some raisin into it also :-)




This is my all time favourite soup. The ingredients needed are just simple. Mostly are veges and you can add in some chicken or pork into it. People who on diets to control their weight should try to cook this soup at least once to twice a week. This soup contains kinds of vitamins and nutrients and most importantly it relieves your hunger:-)
